We've been asked to fill a cleaning assignment at the Layton Temple, the week of July 8. This is a great opportunity to serve and feel the spirit of the temple in a unique way.

Thursday, July 11 9:00 pm - 12:00 am 13 volunteers needed
Friday, July 12 9:00 pm - 12:00 am 13 volunteers needed
Volunteers need to have a current temple recommend. Those with limited-use recommends are not invited to participate in this assignment.
Please dress in church attire. Cleaning scrubs will be provided.
Park in the east parking area unless an ADA space in needed. Enter the temple through the west lobby and gather in the nearby waiting room to be greeted. Volunteers will be given further instructions after changing and gathering downstairs in instruction room one.
The scope of work can include vacuuming, dusting, climbing stairs (elevators available), wearing a backpack vacuum, dust and spot mopping, and other general cleaning assignments with minimal lifting, possibly some bending or kneeling. Cleaning equipment and supplies are provided. Please do not bring your own. Each assignment can be completed in about 2 -2 ½ hours. If all assignments are completed there is the possibility of volunteers being released earlier.
